Set on a ridge between two lakes, the Koenig family orchard is home to many rare cider apple varieties including Yarlington Mill, Kingston Black, Golden Russet, Roxbury Russet, Winesap and Harrison. Cascading down both slopes of the ridge, these meticulously selected trees yield apples that, when fermented, impart rich depth of flavor to our ciders.
